Hi, I am Misti Kallis, owner of Go Figure Missoula. I became a member 3 years ago and couldn't believe the change Go Figure Missoula made for me personally but even more how easy it was to incorporate the healthy lifestyle and eating habits of high protein/low carb to my family.
I am a group exercise instructor and always struggled with getting the last few pounds off and keeping them off. I am also a full-time mom and worker and struggled with enough energy to get through the day.
With Go Figure's program, neither are struggles anymore!

Prior to my fitness journey I had just graduated. I stopped working out and I ate as I wanted. I became lazy, tired, unfocused, and I was excellent at making up excuses. Before I knew it I had put 20lbs on in a short amount of time. My joints ached and I never felt fully comfortable with myself. I started working with Go Figure 3 years ago and realized that I didn't want to feel like did. I followed Go Figures eating lifestyle and turned myself around. I lost the 20lbs I put on and decided that I wasn't going to stop there. I decided that I wanted to compete in NPC (National Physique Committee). After 5 months of strict training, I accomplished to stand on my first stage and leave with a 1st place trophy. Was it easy? No. Everyone's journeys are rocky but excuses and giving up only make it more rocky. I love helping others set goals and accomplishment them. Whether you have a little or a lot to lose, each day you're one step closer to achievement and I'm so thankful to be apart of Go Figure Missoula.
Rosalee Shorter PA-C, MPH
Rosalee Shorter PA-C has 16 years of experience as a PA, and 13 years of plastic surgery experience doing Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Volbella, Kybella, microneedling, and deep laser resurfacing. In Jan of 2018 she added body contouring with CoolSculpting.
Rosalee was trained at George Washington University and graduated in 2004. She received dual masters degrees in Physician Assistant medicine with an emphasis in primary care and a masters of Public Health. Originally from Montana, Rosalee, her husband, and their four children moved back 5 years ago.
Born and raised in a small Montana town, Rosalee is committed to community and common sense values, and strives to bring an open and relaxed manner to her patient care.
In addition to her Montana aesthetic practice, Rosalee will continue her collaborative relationship with Sacramento board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Jeffrey Sweat.
